Overview

SOUV! by Cyma, nestled in the vibrant district of Seven NEO along 5th Avenue in Taguig, offers an authentic Greek dining experience that resonates with both food enthusiasts and casual diners. This modern Greek restaurant artfully captures the essence of Mediterranean flavors through its thoughtfully crafted menu, making it a standout spot for those craving genuine Greek cuisine in Metro Manila.

The highlights of SOUV! are anchored by their expertly prepared lamb dishes. The Lamb Chops al Ajillo, bathed in herb garlic olive oil and accompanied by crispy potatoes, delivers a garlicky punch that lingers with every bite. Equally noteworthy are the Paidakia Lamb Ribs Verjus, which combine smoky tenderness with a sharp, tangy finish. These dishes showcase the kitchen’s ability to balance bold flavors with nuanced textures, a sentiment echoed by diners who found the lamb here transformative.

Beyond lamb, the menu embraces a rich variety of Mediterranean staples. The Super Souv Salad and Hummus with Pita Bread serve as refreshing starters, while specialties like the Seafood Yiouvetsi—a Greek paella of squid, shrimp, clams, and mussels in a saffron-infused broth—offer a satisfying, hearty option for adventurous palates. The combination platters, perfect for sampling multiple dishes such as lamb, pork, and chicken, are generous in portion and thoughtfully composed to highlight the restaurant’s culinary range.

SOUV! by Cyma’s atmosphere complements the food. The space is contemporary yet cozy, striking a balance between vibrancy and intimacy that suits business lunches or casual gatherings. While the restaurant can get busy, especially during peak lunch and dinner hours, the energetic environment adds to the authentic Mediterranean dining experience. Reservations are recommended to ensure a smooth visit, particularly for groups.

The restaurant’s appeal stretches to a diverse audience—those new to Greek food, seasoned Mediterranean cuisine lovers, and professionals in the area seeking a tasteful yet efficient dining option. The service, while sometimes challenged by volume due to limited space, remains attentive and helps maintain the warm ambiance.

Refreshing beverages like Efes Draft and house-made Lemonade round out the meal, offering a perfect palate balance. Whether indulging in the savory Sticky Chicken Wings or savoring the Vegetarian Moussaka, guests will find a menu that respects tradition while encouraging exploration.

In summary, SOUV! by Cyma is a gem in Taguig’s culinary scene. It deftly delivers authentic Greek flavors with a modern touch, anchored by its outstanding lamb dishes and thoughtfully curated Mediterranean offerings. For those seeking a memorable meal that marries quality ingredients with passionate preparation, this Greek restaurant is definitely worth the visit.

When lamb is done right… you taste it. I was invited to the I Love Aussie Lamb Fest and our 2nd stop brought us straight to Souv! by Cyma in BGC — a modern Greek spot that’s perfect for foodies and wine lovers! On the table: Paidakia Lamb Ribs Verjus Lamb Chops al Ajillo From the Paidakia Lamb Ribs Verjus – smoky, tender, with a tangy punch – to the Lamb Chops al Ajillo loaded with herb garlic EVOO and crispy potatoes, every bite was a flavor bomb. Ended with creamy Greek yogurt drizzled in olive oil… who knew simple could taste this divine? Catch I Love Aussie Lamb Fest from Aug 15–Sept 15 and taste premium Aussie lamb at select restos. Definitely worth the trip! #ILoveAussieLamb #AussieLambPH #SouvByCyma #BGC #wheretoeat #AileenLFoodieEventBuddies

So far the best Greek restaurant I've tried. The chicken was perfect and really juicy. It's a bit expensive, but the serving matches the price. Would definitely come back here. Moght need to reserve if you'll eat during lunch/dinner times.

Honestly, I didn’t expect lamb to taste this good. The Païdakia had that perfect balance, tender meat with a sweet-savory glaze, and the grain salad made it so refreshing. The Lamb Chops al Ajillo was my favorite though garlicky, juicy, and so flavorful. Definitely changed the way I see lamb dishes!

For those working in the area and seeking a business lunch spot, this restaurant is a good option. Their Greek and Mediterranean dishes are well-portioned and reasonably priced. While the service is adequate, the restaurant's limited space can make it challenging for the staff to provide optimal service, simply due to the high volume of foot traffic in a confined area.

Best Mediterranean food in the area, and now among my favorite resurants. Great selection of dishes and seems very authentic. I tried a dinner plate with a variety of foods, including some I've never heard of. It was well worth the risk, and price. Great price for the portions and quality flavor. The various textures and flavors melded well. Even the salad was well balanced, with a tangy dressing and well mix feta balancing each other. And the setting was clean and not too cold. I'll be eating here again.

Visited Souv by Cyma Seven Neo at BGC — first time trying their Greek cuisine, and it’s definitely a must-try! Super loved their yogurt! The Paidalai Lamb Ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, perfectly paired with their fries — 10/10! The Angry Greek Pasta with Grilled Octopus had a nice kick of spice and a hint of tanginess. The octopus was grilled to tender perfection — 9/10. The Beef Kebab was juicy, smoky, and grilled just right — 10/10! The service and ambiance were also excellent — friendly staff and a cozy, welcoming vibe. Will definitely come back!

There is nothing we had I didn't like. The food is undeniably delicious and enjoyable to eat. Why the 3 Star for Service? We asked our server to tell the kitchen not to serve the main entrees until we have fully enjoyed our appetizers, but few minutes after they served the apps, here comes the main entrees. A little disappointing, but the food made up for it. Their food is highly recommended.
